Key responsibilities
Assist in the preparation of management reports for Real Estate Funds listed on B3;
Responsible for updating the Investor Relations website and sending communications (Material Facts, Announcements, Reports, etc.) through the mailing list;
Handle inquiries from unitholders and investors, including organizing and preparing responses to recurring questions;
Support the preparation of institutional presentations, roadshows, investor calls, and fund‑related materials;
Update internal performance and control dashboards;
Monitor market and real estate reports.
Requirements
Strong interest in the financial market, Real Estate, and investments;
Proactive and organized profile, with strong attention to detail;
High sense of responsibility regarding information and deadlines;
Strong written and verbal communication skills;
Willingness to learn and work in a dynamic environment.
Advanced English;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Education
Undergraduate students in Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, International Relations, and/or Accounting, starting from the 6th semester;
Expected graduation date from June 2027 onward.
