Job Description

What you will do

  • Assist in product development activities by learning and applying prototyping techniques for new projects.

  • Support Proof-of-Concept (POC) validation through the design, fabrication, and verification of 3D-printed prototype parts.

  • Participate in prototype reliability testing, including test preparation, data collection, analysis, and documentation of findings.

  • Assist in the evaluation and implementation of new conformal coating technologies, including Plasma-Enhanced Chemical Vapor Deposition (PECVD) processes for Printed Circuit Board Assemblies (PCBAs).

  • Support coating verification tasks and validation activities for new product designs to ensure performance and quality requirements are met.

  • Contribute to the automation and digitalization of prototyping processes, including Design for Assembly (DFA) workflows.

  • Assist in developing tools and solutions for the automated generation of assembly documents and work instructions.

  • Support the implementation and enhancement of a Prototyping Request Management System, including live tracking and reporting of prototype requests and project status.

What you bring

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related engineering discipline.

  • Strong interest in product development, prototyping, and engineering innovation.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

  • Basic programming skills and exposure to Artificial Intelligence (AI), machine learning, or workflow automation technologies are nice to have.
