Intern - Quality Assurance
(Based at Kandy)

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in conducting quality inspections and audits during the manufacturing process.
• Support the monitoring and verification of product quality against established standards and specifications.
• Maintain and update quality records, reports, and documentation.
• Assist in investigating quality issues and identifying root causes.
• Support corrective and preventive action (CAPA) activities.
• Participate in quality improvement projects and initiatives.
• Assist with data collection, analysis, and preparation of quality performance reports.
• Ensure compliance with company quality standards, policies, and procedures.
• Support the implementation of quality management systems and continuous improvement practices.

• Perform any other duties assigned by the Quality Assurance team.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Degree in Quality Management, Textile Technology, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
• Good understanding of quality assurance principles and manufacturing processes.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining quality standards.
