Job Description

Your mission:

In our Project Management Competences-Team you support the coordination and execution of various project- and process management support and improvement initiatives whilst learning from a broad and experienced community of Project- and Process Management Practitioners and Experts

Your tasks:

  • Contribute to the coordination and execution of various transformation and improvement-initiatives within Skyguide's Project Management-Framework (Procedures, Guidance, Trainings & Tools)
  • Support with operational duties and tasks within Skyguide's Project Management-Framework (e.g. Organization & Scheduling of Trainings, Workshops, Initiatives)
  • Lead and coordinate certain continuous improvement initiatives within Skyguide's Project Management-Framework (e.g. improvement of Community Engagement)
  • Support and contribute to Skyguide's Project Management Community in questions involving Internal Procedures, Training and Tools
  • Support larger Projects/Programs with the creation and coordination of deliverables and management in the Project Management-System (SAP PPM) in the role of Project Management-Officer

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent level of professional experience in a science, economical, or technical oriented discipline
  • Project Management basic education or equivalent level of experience and/or interest in Project Management Methodology
  • Motivation: You are driven by purpose, taking initiative to move things forward
  • Continuous learning: You are curious and actively seek out and engage in learning opportunities and transfer the acquired knowledge in your daily work
  • Fluent in English and German, French a plus

Skyguide is responsible for providing air navigation services within Swiss airspace and in the airspace of certain adjoining regions in neighbouring countries. The company guides the civil and military aircraft entrusted to its care – around 1,2 million flights a year – through some of the busiest and most complex airspace in Europe.

Skyguide is a non-profit limited company which has its head office in Geneva. The majority of its shares are held by the Swiss Confederation. The company employs some 1500 people at 14 locations in Switzerland.
