The basic requirement for an internship at Schaeffler is proof of enrollment at the time of the internship.

This position can be filled immediately for a period of 6 months.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Support exciting international projects in the area of Global HR Analytics and Master Data: from coordinating interdisciplinary work packages to moderating meetings in English
• Independently take on work packages in our projects as an interface between HR and IT and use your analytical skills to develop decision-relevant foundations for the operational day-to-day business in the HR Master Data team
• Participate in conceptual project work, for example, designing a future-proof IT data architecture for the HR sector
• Optimize strategic, agile, and operational processes in HR Master Data and contribute your creative problem-solving skills
• Design training and communication materials, including internal blog posts and intranet presentations
• Support collaboration with Schaeffler locations worldwide

Your Qualifications

• You are studying in a field such as economics, social sciences, business administration, or a similar discipline, ideally with a focus on business informatics, human resources, marketing, or controlling
• You possess excellent analytical skills and a strong affinity for numbers and data
• You are interested in HR processes and agile working; initial practical experience in project management is a plus
• You are highly proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Teams
• You have excellent German and English language skills, both spoken and written
• You are strong in communication, think creatively, show high commitment, and work independently and reliably
