The Project Management Assistant support our Investment Management Team by proactively understanding their needs and by helping ensure that our Audit & Assurance teams meet their objectives and that our business priorities are achieved.

PMAs also contribute to our ongoing focus on automation and harmonization, by leveraging the latest technologies and tools made available to the team. The starting date would be ideally in September 2026

Your contribution to our success

• • Support PMAs on day-to-day administrative tasks (document preparation and sending / filing of documents / management of correspondence / archiving / update database)

  • Support our PMAs in the monitoring of key client’s’ deadlines and by following-up and administrating the organization of the audit files

  • Provide appropriate administrative support to the designated teams

Your skills

Must have:

• You are preparing a University or Bachelor's degree in an administrative-related field

• Excellent IT skills, especially in Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and PowerBI

• Very good level of English

Nice to have

• Knowledge of French or German would be considered a strong asset

• Have the sense of initiative

• Have a strong team spirit

• Have the capacity to be source for new ideas
