You will report directly to the Manager Customer Support and support the various teams located worldwide. Our team is in direct contact with the various CRJ operators to ensure excellent customer satisfaction with our products and services as well as the development of the new business opportunities between the parties.

As part of this team you will contribute to:

• Complete project schedules and performance tracking in regard to deadline adherence
• Ensure adherence to project commitments for the department, improve governance and visibility to managers
• Develop valuable performance metrics for the team
• Perform various data analysis in support of ongoing projects
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders to align project goals and drive successful outcomes.
• Assist in onboarding new customers
• Monitor adherence to budget

The skills you bring:

• Are enrolled in Commerce, Computer Science, or Industrial Engineering program
• Have project management skills
• Have Commerce / Financial acumen
• Have good organizational skills
• Have good presentation and communication skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
• Having coding / automation skill is a plus
• Having Visual Basics Application (VBA) for Excel is a plus
• Comfortable with learning additional software as required

Additional details:

• Position located in Mississauga, Ontario– currently a hybrid working schedule with expectation to be physically working at the office when required.
