More than an internship: a mission

We're looking for a motivated Configuration and Change Management Intern (Winter 2027) to join our team in St-Bruno for a 4-month internship. You'll collaborate with experienced professionals and contribute to activities related to configuration management, change management, and the continuous improvement of our processes and tools.

Your role, your impact

• Support configuration management and technical change management activities.
• Contribute to action tracking and coordination with various stakeholders.
• Assist in preparing and coordinating meetings and reviews related to change management.
• Contribute to the evolution and improvement of tools and processes used by the team.
• Participate in the preparation of training materials and support training activities with different stakeholders.
• Collaborate with different teams to facilitate information sharing and ensure effective follow-up on ongoing activities.

You'll work in an environment where communication, organisation, and collaboration are key. This internship will give you the opportunity to develop your professional skills while gaining exposure to a complex and international industrial environment.

What you bring

• Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with a variety of stakeholders.
• Good organisational skills, autonomy, and the ability to manage multiple activities.
• A proactive mindset and willingness to take ownership of assigned responsibilities.
• Ability to collaborate effectively, follow up on actions, and exercise good judgement in different situations.
• Interest in configuration management, change management, or industrial environments.
• Ability to communicate in both English and French, particularly when collaborating with international teams and partners.
