To support our Product Strategy Department we are looking for an

Start November 2026
In this function you will support our Product Strategy Team and work on projects independently and with responsibility. Product Strategy is the interface between Product Development, Sales and Marketing. The department deals with strategic product planning for all IWC collections and provides product information and briefings for other marketing departments. Its tasks also include the presentation of new products at watch fairs.
Analysis of strategic business areas or specific issues in the watch industry and derivation of recommendations
Benchmark analysis / Analysis of competitors, Incl. presentation of the results to several departments
Detailed product performance analysis based on sales data
Support of product managers in the creation of presentations, Incl. strategic briefings
General support in the area of product marketing within the scope of research and input for legal cases
Maintenance of new and existing references in an internal product database
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in the field of Marketing/Business Administration/Economics/ Engineering
Preferably first internships in the luxury industry or FMCG
Enthusiasm for the watch industry, up to date with new releases and trends
Excellent MS Office knowledge, especially PowerPoint and Excel
Fluent in English, German is an advantage
Analytical skills and the ability to work independently, coupled with excellent time management
Organizational and coordination skills as well as a proactive way of thinking and acting
Demonstration of flexibility and high resilience
