As a Product Operations Intern, you will work within Acxiom’s Product organization to support the planning, coordination, measurement, and continuous improvement of product and technology initiatives.
This role extends beyond traditional technical project management. You will gain hands on experience across product operations, program execution, data analysis, process improvement, workflow automation, product enablement, and strategic research. You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data, Commercial, Enablement, Compliance, and Program Management teams to help translate strategy into coordinated execution.
This is an opportunity to contribute to meaningful product and platform initiatives while learning how enterprise technology, data, identity, and marketing solutions are developed, governed, and brought to market.
You will gain practical experience in how product strategy is translated into operational plans and measurable execution. You will learn how large Product, Engineering, Data, and business teams coordinate priorities, manage dependencies, evaluate performance, and bring capabilities to market.
Each intern will receive structured onboarding, a designated manager, access to subject matter mentors, regular progress reviews, and a clearly defined scope of work. You will also have opportunities to participate in product demonstrations, team meetings, leadership discussions, and professional development activities.
This experience can help prepare you for future roles such as Product Operations Analyst, Product Analyst, Data Analyst, Technical Program Coordinator, Integration Specialist, or Associate Product Manager.
