Job Description

Your area of work:

You will be part of the Product Marketing Team within our Clearstream Securities Services division. In close alignment with various internal clients across the different Clearstream business areas and global locations you will be responsible for managing, coordinating and answering a broad range of questionnaires from our clients: Requests for Information (RFIs), Requests for Proposals (RFPs), regulatory disclosures or due diligence questionnaires will define your day-to-day.

You will be required to dive into the post-trade business and will quickly gain an in-depth view of Clearstream group, its business strategy, its products and services, its competitive positioning. With this know-how you will be in a position to support the definition of the company voiceline on any given topic. You therefore also have a passion for dealing with texts and an interest in operational and creative writing.

Your responsibilities:

  • Support the management of client questionnaires (Requests for Proposal and Due Diligence Questionnaires)
  • Contact stakeholders, follow up and ensure timely turnaround
  • Management of client proprietary tools
  • Contribute to the website publication process, editing and publishing of operational and Marketing content on clearstream.com and luxscd.com

Your profile:

  • You are enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program with a recognized institution in Business Administration or Linguistic studies, including literature, translation or communications, OR have graduated with a Bachelor's degree or similar for no more than 6 months.
  • Experience or interest in Web Publishing will be an asset
  • Good organisation and personal interaction facilities are important
  • Persistency for getting information; discipline to understand sometimes complex content; ability to present and structure information in a logical way (for different internal / external stakeholders).
  • Willingness to build understanding of the structure, key players as well as products and services of the post-trade industry.
  • Excellent conduct of English Language is essential. A second language (French or German) is an asset.
  • Familiarity with MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
