About the Role:
Based in Singapore, reporting to Product Lead, the intern role will be part of the product experience team leading all content discovery, viewing and community experiences for our fans and helping Viki grow its presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with Product managers to develop and map out deep understanding of both internal and external user journeys to optimize user experiences across content discovery and viewing
Assist Product Manager in product discovery, drafting of product requirements documentation to communicate and facilitate the delivery of product features effectively
Collaborate with stakeholders to streamline internal processes.
Collaborate with Product Managers to discover and map out across the user journey critical client metrics and data attributes to drive the execution of a platform migration
Partner with software engineers on managing development milestone tracking, production rollout and post-production iteration
Partner Data Analytics team to generate insights on product features and community experiences. Process, analyze and interpret data to aid product decisions across discovery and validation stages
Required Qualifications:
Pursuing BSC/MSC in Business, Business Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related discipline. Graduates with completion of the above disciplines will be considered
Outstanding quantitative and analytical skills. Loves solving puzzles! Loves figuring out complex problems and coming up with efficient solutions
Preferred Qualifications:
Excellent oral and written communication skills – ability to interact with both technical and non-technical people
Experience working with an online video platforms a plus
Available for at least 3-month internship on full-time basis. We prefer candidates who are able to commit for 6-month internship
