Intern - Product Development

(Based at Biyagama)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ability to coordinate between internal between internal teams
• Communicate with the customers in regard to updates and follow-ups.
• Work with the sample rooms and engineers to support the team with developments.
• Assist in basic costings.
• Maintain data and reports as per team requirement.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

• Undergraduate in Textile Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Material Engineering
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Provide support for customer interface operational functions.
• Coordinate & support activities pertaining to the preparation of tech packs.
• Liaise with product development team on time and accurate document submission to the PDC.
