Intern ‐ Product Control Unit (PCU)
(Based at Unichela - Vidiyal)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Reviews daily profit and loss (P&L - Profit and Loss) figures from trading desks and ensures accuracy.

• Performs independent price verification (IPV - Independent Price Verification) to validate trading valuations against market data.

• Analyzes and explains profit movements through P&L Attribution (Profit and Loss Attribution).

• Supports risk monitoring activities using VaR (Value at Risk) to assess potential financial exposure.

• Ensures accurate financial recording in the GL (General Ledger) in line with accounting standards.

• Prepares management reports and dashboards using MIS (Management Information System) for performance tracking.

• Maintains compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.
  
  KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

• Undergraduate Degree in Production, Manufacturing, Operations, or a related field, or an equivalent professional qualification.

• Strong analytical capability with an innovative and problem-solving mindset.

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to demonstrate leadership qualities.

• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing tools and continuous improvement methodologies.
