Intern Procurement (f/m/d)

We're looking for a motivated Intern Procurement to join our team in Cluj for 6 months, gaining hands-on experience in operational procurement within a dynamic, international environment. We value diversity and welcome your unique perspective.

What you will do:

• Support the team in executing category strategies and strategic sourcing activities
• Help conduct internal demand and supply market analyses
• Assist in preparing and documenting RfX processes and supplier awarding
• Support the management of orders, payments, and procurement data
• Help track and report on procurement KPIs
• Contribute to maintaining and improving procurement systems and databases

What you bring & who you are:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Procurement, Supply Chain, or a related field
• You have a strong interest in procurement and supply chain processes
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficient in English; German skills are a plus
• Comfortable working with Excel and MS Office; familiarity with ERP tools such as SAP is a plus
• Proactive, team-oriented, and open to learning in a fast-paced environment
