Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, maintain, and update procurement documentation, including Purchase Orders (POs), invoices, delivery notes, Goods Received Notes (GRNs), and procurement trackers.
• Monitor purchase order status, supplier lead times, and pending deliveries through regular follow‐ups.
• Maintain accurate procurement records and provide daily status updates to stakeholders.
• Analyze data using Microsoft Excel, including data entry, PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and basic charts.
• Assist with inventory monitoring and support stock reconciliation activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely processing of procurement requests and documentation.
• Assist in documenting Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

Qualifications & Skills

• Basic understanding of operations / supply chain / procurement and inventory management processes
• Experience using MS Excel (data entry, pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, basic charts
• Ability to handle documentation (POs, invoices, delivery notes, GRN support, trackers)
• Experience maintaining trackers and daily status updates (follow-ups, lead times, pending lists)
• Exposure to ERP systems (SAP/Oracle or any system) is an advantage
• Ability to support process improvement / continuous improvement tasks (basic SOPs, flowcharts)
• Good email etiquette and professional communication for internal coordination
• Strong critical thinking & problem-solving skills
