As a Procurement Intern, you will support strategic procurement activities for APAC in the Packaging category, assisting on projects and ensuring compliance with documentation and system updates. You will also contribute to cost-saving initiatives, audit readiness, and sustainability compliance. This role offers hands-on exposure to procurement processes, supplier management, and global supply chain operations.
Support regional procurement projects for packaging, including pricing and RFQ analysis
Assist in efficiency and cost-saving initiatives for the packaging category in the APAC region, updating savings records and tracking progress against targets
Maintain system accuracy and purchasing parameters, ensuring documentation compliance per QMS requirements
Support audit readiness by managing vendor information and follow-ups
Assist in sustainability compliance initiatives with vendors and reporting to the global team.
Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Engineering or related field
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with intermediate Excel skills
Familiarity with Power BI for data analysis and reporting
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a global team.
