STARK is a new kind of defence technology company revolutionising the way autonomous systems are deployed across multiple domains. We design, develop, and manufacture high-performance unmanned systems that are software-defined, mass-scalable, and cost-effective — providing operators with a decisive edge in contested environments.
We are focused on delivering deployable, high-performance systems — not future promises. In a time of rising threats, STARK is bolstering the technological edge of NATO Allies and their Partners to deter aggression and defend Europe, today.
You will join our Quality team and support the continuous improvement of product quality and operational excellence across the organisation. The team works closely with Production, Development, and Supply Chain functions to ensure that systems, processes, and products meet the highest standards throughout the product lifecycle. In this role, you will contribute directly to Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) activities and support the development of scalable testing and inspection processes within a fast-paced and highly collaborative environment.
As an Intern in our Quality department, you will be the backbone of our Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) processes. • Strong interest in APQP processes and operational quality management
• Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, and structured data handling
• Structured, independent, and process-oriented working style

• Fluent English and/or German communication skills with the ability to explain technical findings clearly
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and innovative environment
• Previous experience with Jira, Confluence, or Quality Management Systems (QMS)
• Experience supporting quality, manufacturing, or supply chain processes
• Exposure to audit preparation or technical documentation activities
• Understanding of inspection or testing methodologies within industrial environments
