To support our Public Relations Department we are looking for an

Intern Public Relations & Entertainment (100%)

This exciting internship offers a dynamic and fast-paced environment supporting the planning, execution, and on-site management of PR projects and events centered around our partnerships and brand ambassadors to ensure our brand awareness. You will be actively involved in all stages, from initial logistics and bookings to on-site media and ambassador liaison. This role demands strong organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative, high-energy setting.

YOUR MISSION AT IWC.

  • Active assistance in the planning, organizing and implementation of various PR projects and events around IWC's partnerships & brand ambassadors incl. logistics, bookings, shipments in the preparation phase and support with handling of media, partners and ambassadors on-site when required
  • Support with coordination of IWC brand ambassador & talent appearances/service days/events
  • Daily monitoring of IWC ambassadors and partners (image data banks like Getty, press articles, social media channels) and coordination of PR blasts with social media Team
  • Editing and answering national and international media enquiries in coordination with IWC markets
  • Implementation of monitoring and evaluation activities and reporting
  • Support of the PR Team (Entertainment PR) in the daily business and with administrative tasks (SAP, invoicing, press page upload, best of press coverage, research, presentations, watch shipments, logistics etc.)

HOW YOU BECOME PART OF THE JOURNEY.

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in PR & communication, media management, journalism or comparable studies
  • First professional experience in PR and the media landscape is an advantage (luxury goods, fashion, advertising / agency etc.)
  • Personal interest in luxury and entertainment
  • Independent, structured and organized
  • Team player and great communication skills (verbally and written)
  • Fluency in English
  • Excellent MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
