Job Description

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Work in different departments of the organization to gain practical experience in the course of an academic education as an undergraduate.
  • Gain hands-on experience and understand different operational functions in one designated department.
  • Contribute to team projects by conducting research, compiling data, and creating presentations.
  • Assist with daily administrative tasks, such as data entry, document organization, and scheduling.
  • Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Prepare and present reports summarizing learning and contributions during the internship.

Tasks:

  • Support project management team for AI implementation
  • Support Project Management Office on tool application and optimization
  • Lead project team meetings and events organization.
  • Support optimization projects from HQ as well as local initiatives.
  • Assist project manager on project documentation management, purchase request management and daily administration
  • Other tasks as assigned by Supervisor.

Requirements:

- University student or above

- Proficient in English (both oral and written), Germany a plus.

- Knowledge of data management, statistics, Power BI, Programming and AI knowledge would be a plus.

- Proactive attitude, hardworking & teamwork player.

- Outstanding communication skill.

- Quick learner, willing to deep dive into business.
