How you’ll make an impact
You will assist in production planning and scheduling activities to ensure timely execution of manufacturing orders.
You will support material requirement planning (MRP) and follow-up on purchase requisitions and purchase orders.
You will monitor inventory levels and help identify potential shortages or excess stock situations.
You will coordinate with internal teams (production, logistics, and warehouses) to ensure smooth material flow.
You will track order fulfillment status and provide updates on delivery schedules and support data preparation and reporting for key KPIs such as lead time, inventory level, and on-time delivery.
You will assist in SAP system transactions related to planning and procurement activities, also follow up with suppliers on delivery schedules and resolve basic supply issues.
You will participate in continuous improvement activities related to planning and supply chain processes also maintain accurate documentation and records for planning and purchasing activities.
You will be responsible for ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background
You hold a bachelor’s degree (or currently pursuing) in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
Strong interest in production planning, procurement, and supply chain operations.
Basic understanding of ERP systems (SAP preferred) is an advantage.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data handling, basic analysis).
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data handling.
Basic level of English communication (written and verbal).
