• Business KPI Tracking: Monitor, track, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) across business functions to identify trends, operational performance, and growth opportunities.
• Dashboard & Report Alignment: Design, build, and maintain automated Google Sheets dashboards with Regional Market Analyst Team and reports to support weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews.
• Data Extraction & SQL Support: Write, optimize, and execute SQL queries to extract, transform, and clean raw data from databases to support ad-hoc analytics requests.
• Cross-Functional Support: Partner with stakeholders across various departments to understand their needs and provide support as well as project management
• Trend & Anomaly Analysis: Conduct root-cause analysis on business performance variances, highlighting key drivers, risks, and actionable insights for decision-makers.
• Workflow Optimization: Identify opportunities to automate any manual work using Python or any other programming language

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recent graduate in Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Foundational understanding of database structures, data modeling, and data pipelines.
• Working knowledge of SQL and Python is a plus
• Problem-solving ability with interest in root-cause analysis, variance tracking, and turning raw data into business insights.
• Clear verbal and written skills to explain data findings effectively.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Self-motivated, proactive learner who thrives in dynamic environments and can manage project deadlines.
