Looking for a motivated and proactive Intern to join the People Catalyst team, supporting key initiatives across Learning & Development, Employee Engagement, and HR Operations. This internship provides hands-on exposure to real business projects and the opportunity to contribute to meaningful people and culture initiatives within the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the planning and execution of learning programmes, including coordination with training vendors, participants, and internal stakeholders
  • Assist in maintaining and tracking training records, certifications, and mandatory learning completion
  • Contribute to employee engagement initiatives, events, and campaigns (e.g. wellness, sports, recognition programmes)
  • Provide administrative and operational support for HR processes, including documentation, reporting, and data tracking
  • Assist in preparing communications, presentation materials, and reports for internal stakeholders
  • Support research, benchmarking, and analysis for ongoing HR and organisational development projects
  • Participate in team discussions and contribute ideas to improve processes, employee experience, and programme effectiveness

Who We’re Looking For:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
  • Strong organisational and coordination skills with attention to detail
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proactive, resourceful, and willing to learn
  • Comfortable working with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team
