Job Title: Intern, HR Business Partner (HRBP)
Location: Wisma Capital A, Level 5, Wisma Tune, 19, Lorong Dungun, Bukit Damansara, 50490 Kuala Lumpur, Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur
Type: Internship (Full-time)
Duration: Minimum 3 months
Reports To: Ops HRBP

We’re looking for an HRBP Intern to join our People & Culture Team. You’ll support the HRBP function in operational HR tasks, employee engagement activities, and events such as Operations Townhalls. This role will give you practical experience in how HR partners with teams to build culture, strengthen engagement, and drive organizational success.

Responsibilities (What you’ll do)

• Operational HR Support
• Assist with day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks.
• Gain exposure to HR processes such as employee relations and workforce management.
• Operations Townhall Support
• Help plan and coordinate Operations Townhalls, including preparing materials, handling logistics, and ensuring smooth execution.
• Support post-event follow-ups such as feedback collection and reporting.
• Team Engagement Activities
• Collaborate with the HR team to design and execute engagement initiatives for the Operations team.
• Gather and analyze feedback from employees to improve engagement and collaboration.
• Tasks Assigned by Manager
• Work on additional tasks and projects assigned, which may include but are not limited to:
• Preparing presentation decks, reports, or HR communication materials.
• Participating in special projects to improve HR processes or employee experience.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, and Slides).
• A proactive learner with enthusiasm for HR and a positive, can-do attitude.
