Are you currently studying or recently graduated in Foreign Trade, Business Administration, or a related field and looking to gain practical experience in Customs, logistics coordination, and administrative operations? We are seeking a detail-oriented, well-organized, and proactive individual with good communication skills in Vietnamese and English. If you are able to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and support Customs and payment-related activities, this opportunity is for you.

As a PDC Steering, Optimization & Clearing Intern, your responsibilities will include:

• Coordinate with team members and internal stakeholders on logistics operations, including customs clearance and inbound/outbound transportation.
• Support daily activities related to customs declaration procedures and associated payment processes.
• Assist the logistics team in projects involving supply chain optimization, transportation, and implementation of new systems.
• Maintain and enhance data management practices, including data visualization, digitalization, and reporting
• Support the manager in coordinating shop floor operations and monitoring progress to ensure alignment with operational goals.
• Provide administrative support and assist in resolving operational issues as required.

Who we are looking for:

• A Vietnamese citizen with full legal eligibility to work in Vietnam.
• Currently an undergraduate student majoring in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Automotive, or a related field, and able to remain a student throughout the 6-month internship period, including the end of December 2026.
• Strong willingness to learn, with excellent time management skills and a high sense of responsibility.
• Proficiency in English communication is an advantage.
• Background or experience in customs clearance operations is highly preferred.
• Detail-oriented, able to thrive in a dynamic environment, and capable of working under pressure.
