The Partner Experience Comms Intern role is designed for a motivated individual looking to learn and gain hands-on experience in content management and communications within a fast-paced global team. This internship focuses on supporting the team in managing partner-facing content, assisting with localization workflows, and contributing to the overall efficiency of our communications platforms. Working under close guidance, the intern will develop a foundational understanding of CMS practices and internal stakeholder coordination while providing valuable support to team operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Content Support: Assist with uploading and formatting partner-facing content across the Knowledge Center and Partner Web; support the team in ensuring formatting consistency following established guidelines.

  • Translation Coordination: Coordinate content translation and localization requests with relevant market teams; track submission and publication timelines.

  • Request Tracking: Manage the intake of content requests from global stakeholders via Jira. Maintain content mapping sheets, update ETAs, and ensure the timely delivery of routine content updates to prevent bottlenecks.

  • Reporting Support: Contribute to routine data extractions from the KC plugin and assist the team in compiling usage reports.

  • Process Documentation: Contribute to the maintenance of internal process documentation and observe how CMS guidelines are updated as workflows evolve.

  • Quality Control: Review published content for formatting consistency, accuracy, and alignment with Glovo brand and tone of voice guidelines.

Qualifications

  • 0-2 years of experience in content management, digital communications, copywriting, or a related field.

  • Familiarity with content management systems or knowledge base platforms is a plus.

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to content accuracy.

  • Organized and capable of managing multiple content requests simultaneously.

  • Excellent written communication skills in English; multilingual capabilities are highly valued.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, global environment with multiple market teams.

  • Degree in Communications, Journalism, Languages, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
