Intern ‐ Operations

(Based at, Biyagama)

Key Responsibilities

• Order Processing and fulfillments on time.
• Supporting with Inventory and warehouse management
• Compliance and documentation of outbound shipments
• Coordination with transport and delivery partners
• Support in data analysis and reporting
• Get involved in process improvement projects with the team

Qualifications, Experience, Skill, and Competencies:

• Basic understanding of operations / supply chain / logistics / procurement processes
• Experience using MS Excel (data entry, pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, basic charts)
• Familiarity with reporting & dashboards (Power BI is an advantage, not mandatory)
• Ability to handle documentation (POs, invoices, delivery notes, GRN support, trackers)
• Experience maintaining trackers and daily status updates (follow-ups, lead times, pending lists)
• Exposure to ERP systems (SAP/Oracle or any system) is an advantage
• Ability to support process improvement / continuous improvement tasks (basic SOPs, flowcharts)
• Exposure to Power Apps / Power Automate / SharePoint is a plus (not required)
• Good email etiquette and professional communication for internal coordination
