Responsibilities
Participate in continuous improvement projects which include time study of Gate 1 technology insertion projects, visual factory improvement and standard work.
Assist the Cell Leader and Engineers on day-to-day running of manpower planning and output execution.
Conduct time and process studies for GTF engine and module disassembly; helping to set and define capacity through study of Processes.
To support the existing operation structure, create standard work and reporting materials.
Collect, compute, and evaluate Gate 1 turn-back on ETAT by product and process to identify key drivers and ETAT reduction opportunities.
Pareto analysis the turn-backs received for GTF inspection availability and present actual variance reports.
Assist in daily production tracking and provide analytical recommendations to improve the tracking systems.
Create a visual factory at cell level to drive efficiency and productivity.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Engineering or relevant disciplines
Proficient in MS Office (Access, Excel, Word)
Ability to work independently.
Possess good project management skills.
