Position Role Type:

Responsibilities

  • Assist Cell Leaders in day-to-day manpower planning and output execution

  • Conduct time study and provide analytical recommendations for process improvement

  • Develop Standard Work for deliverables for each shift work.

  • Assist in creating visual factory improvement on cell level to drive efficiency and productivity

  • Enhance workflow and streamlining of process in operation department

  • Involved in cross-functional alongside EH&S QA departments in continuous improvement projects

  • Support Operations department in day-to-day task or as assigned

Requirements

  • Diploma/ Undergraduate in Aerospace / Mechanical / Materials Engineering or related fields

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

  • Data Analytics skills in using various software is a plus

  • Keen interest in understanding the Aerospace MRO industry

Learning Outcome

  • Exposure to Aerospace MRO industry, Engine Center / Component Repair / Manufacturing

  • Learning continuous improvement tools (CORE - Customer Oriented Results & Excellence)

  • Learn about operations planning and management

  • Understand the different roles and how it plays its part in the organization.
