Exposure to hands-on experience in insurance claims processing and End to End Insurance claim journey, KPI, Client SLA.
Develop practical skills in claims review, documentation, Complaint handling & NPS.
Learn industry standards, compliance requirements, claims systems, billing process and reconciliation.
Develop analytical and problem-solving skills through claim review.
Exposure in warehouse/Inventory management.
What we are looking for…
Currently enrolled in or recently completed a program in business, insurance, finance, or a related field.
Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
Proficiency in data management and analysis tools (e.g., Excel/Spreadsheets).
Willingness to learn and take direction in a fast-paced environment.
Required skills: Fluent in English, good at Microsoft Office including excel & power point.
