Job Description

Department: Property Management – Head Office

Reporting to: Customer Services Manager (Head Office)

The intern will support the Customer Service Manager in monitoring project operations, updating reports, managing system data, and supporting audit/compliance activities across managed projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support project audit and compliance checking.
  • Monitor and update customer feedback tracking files.
  • Set up and follow up QR Code Checklists for projects.
  • Support monitoring project operations through Property Cube system.
  • Assist in preparing KPI reports and operational reports.
  • Coordinate with on-site teams to collect and update information.
  • Support other administrative tasks assigned by the Customer Services Manager.

Requirements

  • Final-year student or fresh graduate.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Careful, responsible, and detail-oriented.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Willing to learn and work with operational systems/software.

Working location: Savills Office, 21/F, West Tower, Lotte Center, 54 Lieu Giai, Giang Vo, Hanoi.

Working time: Monday to Friday.
