Job Description

Responsibilities:

1. 报价阶段核算物料成本并负责在批量生产前实现目标价格。 Calculate Bill-of-Material (BOM) during acquisition phase and responsible for meeting BOM cost before SOP.
2. 负责新零件的供应商选择过程 Responsible to control the new components sourcing process for selection of supplier.
3. 支持满足业务对于成本、质量、交付的要求，提高客户满意度，协助业务部门获取项目机会。 Support to fulfill business needs towards cost, quality and delivery, improve customer satisfaction and assist BU to acquire new project opportunities.
4. 执行管理层定义的供应商及零部件发展策略，以满足业务单元对于产品和技术的发展路径需要。 Execute management defined supplier and component strategy to fulfill requirements of BU product and technology roadmap.
5. 支持在供应商相关重大节点满足项目开发需求，包括早期供应商介入，供应商先期质量开发等阶段。 Support to control the supplier related milestones during the product development phase, including Early Supplier Involvement (ESI), continuous feedback of APQP / PPAP status from SOM, etc.
6. 负责业务单元产品降本与成本优化项目，负责国产化与供应商二点开发及技术降本活动。 Responsible for Cost Reduction Programs (CRP) / Product Cost Optimization (PCO) for BU's products, responsible for localization and 2nd sourcing / Support Re-DTC activities.
7. 支持供应商批量阶段的交付问题、变更、停止供货、索赔等。 Support supplier delivery, change management, termination and claim topics in serial production
8. 负责供应商信息和价格信息申请及维护。 Responsible for data maintenance of supplier and price information
9. 检查与审批采购价格，订单及相关协议或合同。 Check and approve component price, PO and relevant agreements or contracts.
10. 协调供应商的原材料预算计划，年降谈判的数据输入及谈判结果跟踪。 Coordinate data input for material budget planning, supplier yearly price negotiation and follow up negotiation result.
11. 负责采购主要 KPI的计划、预测、分析、汇报工作。 Responsible for planning, forecast, analysis and report tasks of key KPI of Purchasing.

Requirements:

1. 大学全日制本科及以上，工程或管理专业。 Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering or Business Administration.
2. 三年以上汽车行业采购经验，英语口语及读写流利。 3+ years purchasing experiences in automotive industry, fluent spoken and written English skills.
3. 掌握零部件制造流程基础知识，有事业部相关产品知识优先。 Good knowledge of part / component manufacturing process, and knowledge of products within Business Division is a plus.
