Job Description

Join a Challenger

At EQB, we're remaking banking so every Canadian gets ahead, every day. Serving nearly 4 million Canadians from coast to coast, we offer a wide variety of financial services from banking and lending, to trust and credit union solutions.

We've been at this since 1970, challenging the conventions of traditional banking with smarter, faster, and more connected financial experiences.

What's kept us moving? The people behind it all: challengers who ask better questions, push back on old assumptions, and look for a better way forward.

If you're driven to help reshape how banking works for Canadians and the businesses that power our economy, this could be your next big opportunity.

We can’t wait to get to know you!

Work Term: September 2026 - December 2026

Your focus will be on enhancing end-user experiences and streamlining service delivery processes to minimize incidents related to planned changes.
As a member of the Modern Workplace team, you will also collaborate and partner with different stakeholders to create policies, processes, and application deployments that meet the goals of the Digital Workspace Strategy.

The Core Responsibilities of the Job:

  • Monitor endpoint performance and ensure compliance with service level agreements.
  • Serve as a point of escalation for endpoint support and troubleshooting.
  • Maintain Azure AVD reports and communicate cost and usage to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Collaboration Specialists to identify opportunities for enhancing user experience.
  • Automate routine tasks and processes using workflows, ITSM platforms, or scripting.
  • Test and deploy new hardware, software, OS, or configuration changes following change management protocols.

Let's Talk About You!
