What awaits you?

  • You will support the creation and execution of innovative sales initiatives that directly impact business outcomes.
  • Furthermore, you contribute to strategic insights by analyzing sales trends and competitor data for data-driven decisions.
  • In addition, you help optimize data handling processes and automate reporting workflows for faster access to key insights.
  • Moreover, you assist in the monthly update of sales performance and finance reports.
  • You will also help streamline daily finance requests and approvals to drive success.
  • Additionally, you support monitoring market trends, competitive landscapes, and regulatory factors to identify opportunities and risks.
  • Furthermore, you contribute to preparing compelling presentation materials for board and management meetings.

What should you bring along?

  • Studies in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Strategy, or a related field.
  • Strong skills in data analysis and interpretation to support strategic decision-making.
  • Excellent proficiency in MS Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint; data visualization and automation experience is a plus.
  • Proactive and solution-oriented approach with eagerness to collaborate in multidisciplinary teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and contribute to process improvements with attention to detail.
  • Self-driven mindset with willingness to learn, ask questions, and take ownership of assigned projects.
  • Keen interest in the automotive industry, mobility trends, and sustainable solutions, especially electrification.
  • Excellent English skills; German language proficiency is beneficial.
