Department Description & Job Purpose

Creative Factory is Allianz's in-house media production agency. We create video, photo, and digital content for Allianz brands and business units — from concept and production to post-production and delivery. Our team combines creative storytelling with production expertise to deliver high-quality content that meets the needs of a global, regulated industry.

Key responsibilities

• Support the planning, organization, and execution of video and content productions.
• Assist with on-set production tasks, including setup, filming support, and logistics.
• Edit and finalize video content, ensuring strong visual quality and storytelling.
• Explore and apply AI tools to support content creation, editing, and workflow efficiency.
• Assist in developing creative concepts and formats for internal and client projects.
• Organize and maintain project assets, footage, and files throughout production.
• Collaborate closely with producers, editors, and designers across the team.
• Support end-to-end project coordination, from briefing to final delivery.

Key requirements

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant program (media, film, design, communications, or similar).
• First experience with video production and/or editing (studies, personal projects, or internships).
• Basic understanding of AI frameworks and the ability to utilize AI tools in everyday tasks. Interest in supporting clients in adopting AI for successful business transformation.
• Familiarity with editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar).
• Interest in and curiosity about AI tools and their application in creative content production.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proactive, reliable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced team environment.
• Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
• German language proficiency (B2)

Nice to Have

• Hands-on experience with AI-supported content creation or editing tools.
• Motion design, animation, or photography skills.
• Experience with social media content formats.
• Basic knowledge of color grading, sound design, or visual effects.
