The Singapore Operations team oversees, shapes, and grows Grab's business in Singapore. We contribute to Grab's vision by developing strategies and operational capabilities that create meaningful value for our community.
Within this, the Merchant Operations team represents the voice of our merchant-partners. We focus on delivering a high-quality merchant and consumer experience across the full lifecycle, balancing user needs with Grab's business goals.
We work with teams across Deliveries, GrabFin, OmniCommerce, Product, Finance, and Legal to operationalise projects and improve platform experiences at scale.

As a Merchant Operations Intern, your main focus will be to strengthen operational foundations, identify gaps in current processes, rebuild workflows, and improve how we use data to support scaling.
You will support efforts to make operations more structured, efficient, and scalable by:

This role suits someone who is hands-on, structured, and drives to improve how things work. We are looking for a full-time intern that is keen to intern from May to December 2026.
