Specific Responsibilities Would Include:

Overall Responsibilities

Order Management & Follow-up• Assist to act as the communication bridge between internal teams and China vendors for production order-related matters.• Follow up some process of production order: DPO template draft, shipping mark check and approval, TOP sample track, price ticket order and summary preparation.• Operation in internal systems and retailer portal to ensure timely updates to relevant stakeholders (e.g., sales team, operation team, retailer) .• Prepare quote in Retail Link and follow up buying trip sample.• Maintain accurate and complete production records, sample approval documents, and system entries.

Education & Experience• Currently pursuing a college diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, Merchandising, or related field.

Skills & Competencies• Familiar with Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, data tracking).• Strong sense of responsibility, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.• Collaborative team player with problem-solving mindset.

Language Proficiency• Chinese native speaker.• Working proficiency in Mandarin (required for daily communication).• Basic English communication skills.

Specific Working Conditions• Ability to travel locally to factories when required.• Comfortable working in a cross-cultural, fast-paced environment.
