Intern - Materials Engineering

We are on the lookout for a passionate and dedicated individual to fill this role within our Materials Centre of Excellence team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support strategic supplier relationship development initiatives.
• Coordinate and manage material supply chains for sample development.
• Conduct fabric and yarn analysis, wet processing trials, and physical testing.
• Perform literature reviews, technology landscaping, and IP analysis.
• Assist in preparing product pitches and presentations.
• Track and manage project timelines to ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain accurate product specifications, testing records, and documentation.

Qualifications:

• Undergraduate or recent graduate in Textile Chemistry, Polymer Chemistry, Polymer Science, Materials Science, Textile Design,or a related field.
• Exposure to Project Management, Product & Business Development, Merchandising, and AI design tools will be an added advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking skills.
• Good communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
