We are looking for fearless students who are ready to take on a challenge.

The Under Armour Rookie Program Internship is designed to give you the opportunity to learn, grow, and work on real business challenges. As a Rookie, you will be trusted with a strategic project that challenges you to think critically, collaborate cross‑functionally, and create impact.

Are You The Next Rookie?

  • Enrolled in a Dutch college or university (Bachelor’s or Master’s) for the full duration of the internship (September 2026 – June 2027)
  • Hold EU citizenship, OR are a non‑EU student studying in the Netherlands
  • Internship is a mandatory part of your curriculum
  • Humble and hungry, with a strong willingness to learn

As a Marketing Rookie:

You will support the team in strengthening Under Armour’s brand presence across 30+ international markets. This role sits at the heart of a highly cross functional environment. You will connect with other Marketing functions, E commerce, Sales, Merchandising, and Planning, ensuring our partners have the tools, insights, and support they need to deliver premium, consistent, and locally relevant brand execution. Your work will directly influence how Under Armour shows up in diverse markets, cultures, and retail landscapes.

Your Impact

You will take ownership of a strategic project focused on analysing and elevating distributor marketing performance across 12 key EMEA partners.

Your work will:
• Evaluate the maturity, consistency, and effectiveness of distributor marketing across the region
• Identify common success drivers and scale best practices from the top 4 partners to the full distributor network
• Strengthen seasonal campaign planning, ambassador/athlete roster optimization, and build repeatable frameworks for execution
• Drive stronger alignment and higher quality in store and online activations, ultimately improving sell through


Alongside this strategic project, you will support the team on a day to day basis. Including preparing, tracking and evaluating seasonal marketing activations. Giving you hands on experience with real time business performance.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Organized, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership of tasks
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Eager to learn, collaborate, and contribute within a fast‑paced, international environment
  • Passion for sport, brand building, and consumer‑centric marketing is a strong advantage

Workplace Location

  • Location: Amsterdam
  • Work Schedule: This role follows a hybrid work schedule, requiring 4 days in-office per week.
