As an Intern, you will be responsible for supporting Manufacturing Sustaining projects for new and existing pSemi products. This will include elements of sustaining production issues, generating technical documentation, interfacing with off-shore personnel, and continuous system improvement projects.

Roles & Responsibilities

This position has responsibility for:

• Data analysis
• Data compilation and report generation
• Supporting physical inspection and testing of devices
• Performing engineering evaluations
• Updating documents/presentations (e.g. program updates, yield reports, schedule charts, etc.)
• Device modeling assistance
• Manufacturing support to multiple functional groups (new product development teams, marketing, quality, etc.)
• Generating and coordinating technical documentation

Minimum Qualifications (Experience and Skills)

• Good communications skills are required (verbal and written), takes a proactive approach to communicating with customers, peers, subcontractors and management
• Skilled with computers, learns new tools quickly, uses technology to enhance job performance
• Meets deadlines, self-motivated, works independently, accountable, maintains focus, punctual, good attendance record
• Takes initiative, seeks new opportunities, strives to see projects to completion
• Problem solving ability, strives to understand contributing factors, works to resolve complex situations
• Ability to work independently with a minimum of supervision

Preferred Qualifications

• Understanding of basic Physics concepts
• Experience with Microsoft Office programs

Education Requirements

• High School Diploma and currently enrolled in college in an Engineering discipline

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment.

USD $25.63 - $48.60 per hour
