This role offers hands-on experience in a high-performance, precision engineering environment.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Vendor coordination – acting as a liaison between vendors and the technical team, managing fixture care programmes and updating fixture passports
  • Maintenance planning and projects – helping plan weekly preventive maintenance and co-ordinating improvement projects (e.g., OFI, 3C, ONE Plan)

  • Basic programming knowledge (e.g., Python)
  • Exposure to data analysis tools such as Power BI, Minitab, MATLAB, or ThingWorx
  • Basic understanding of manufacturing processes, maintenance concepts, and technical documentation
  • Strong communication and team collaboration skills

Our behaviours drive us - we put safety first, do the right thing, keep it simple and make a difference. We’ll expect that of you, too.

What we offer:

  • Meaningful work from day one, with the support to help you succeed
  • A culture that invests in your personal and professional development
  • The chance to grow your skills while working on real projects in a global company

Join us and help create the technologies that will shape tomorrow. If you're ready to learn, grow and make a lasting difference from day one, we'd love to hear from you.
