Tolmar is well known for our technical expertise and extensive manufacturing capabilities. We are a global leader in the manufacture of extended release LHRH injectable therapies. Our technology and manufacturing expertise in topical generic dermatology enables Tolmar to continually optimize the science of our specialty products.

Staffed by a talented team of scientists, engineers and industry experts, our Colorado facilities feature state-of-the-art:

• Chemistry and microbiology laboratories
• cGMP-compliant manufacturing
• Semisolid, lyophilization and injectable filling lines
• Multi-shift production operations
• Warehouse and cold-chain distribution capabilities

Proposed Work Description

Core Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

The nature of business is that priorities can shift according to the needs of the company/department. Therefore, described below is a sampling of the kinds of work we expect this position to entail:

• New production line support
• Operational Excellence (OpEx) projects
• Supporting managers on executing Quarterly Master Plan
• Aseptic Training Program Support

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• Ability to interact collaboratively and effectively in a team environment.
• Well-developed oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organization and time management skills.
• Proficient computer skills with demonstrated experience in working with Microsoft Suite of programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Outlook).

Education & Experience

• Pursuing degree in Engineering discipline, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Sciences or related field.
• Interest in leadership in regulated industry including pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, production or manufacturing.

Working Conditions

• Work is performed primarily in office, laboratory, manufacturing and construction sites.
• Comfortable working on ladders, lifts and at heights as needed.

Compensation and Benefits

• Base rate is $19.00 per hour
