Job Description

As a Manufacturing Intern, you will support the training function by developing and preparing materials for SMT, assembly, and other manufacturing processes. You will also contribute to digitalization efforts by creating a material requisition tracking system using Power Apps or Power BI, improving data management and transparency. This role enhances operational efficiency, shortens training preparation time, and supports data-driven decision-making within the manufacturing department.

What you will do

  • Develop and implement a material requisition tracking system using Power Apps or Power BI

  • Collect user requirements and ensure data accuracy, usability, and reporting efficiency

  • Prepare, update, and standardize training materials for SMT, assembly, and manufacturing processes

  • Maintain version control and organize training content in a central repository

  • Track training records, attendance, and feedback to support process improvements

  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the training and documentation function.


What you bring

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Design, IT, or related fields

  • Basic understanding of manufacturing processes is a plus

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office, and exposure to Power Apps or Power BI is an advantage.
