As a Manufacturing Intern, you will support the training function by developing and preparing materials for SMT, assembly, and other manufacturing processes. You will also contribute to digitalization efforts by creating a material requisition tracking system using Power Apps or Power BI, improving data management and transparency. This role enhances operational efficiency, shortens training preparation time, and supports data-driven decision-making within the manufacturing department.
Develop and implement a material requisition tracking system using Power Apps or Power BI
Collect user requirements and ensure data accuracy, usability, and reporting efficiency
Prepare, update, and standardize training materials for SMT, assembly, and manufacturing processes
Maintain version control and organize training content in a central repository
Track training records, attendance, and feedback to support process improvements
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the training and documentation function.
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Design, IT, or related fields
Basic understanding of manufacturing processes is a plus
Familiarity with Microsoft Office, and exposure to Power Apps or Power BI is an advantage.
