Intern ‐ Maintenance
(Based at Intimates - Ratmalana)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Analyze maintenance and operational data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Engage in maintenance related projects, support activities, contribute and brainstorming to process improvements and cost saving initiatives.
• Assist in diagnosing and troubleshooting mechanical electrical and operational issues.
• Provide support in identifying root causes and suggesting corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and work performed and update repair logs with details of issues identified and solutions applied.
• Assist in planning and tracking preventive maintenance schedules.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

• Degree or undergraduate qualification in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Proficient knowledge of AutoCAD.
• Sound understanding of mechanical and electrical systems with strong industrial background.
• Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment is considered an advantage.
• Understanding of project management principles.
• Strong analytical capabilities with an innovative mindset.
• Effective communication and leadership capabilities.
