IMPROVED’s cross-border deal-making capabilities have seen the company execute transactions in 20+ countries across Europe, the US and Asia, with ~90% of its transactions being cross-border. The team comprises 20+ corporate finance and M&A professionals and is complemented by a team of industry experts with executive and board-level experience in businesses across the Transport and Energy sectors.

Requirements

For this position, we are looking for a master's student in finance, economics, (technical) business, econometrics or another financial-based beta study, who is available for a period of five to six months, with;

• A strong passion for and interest in Transport and Energy sectors, and a curious, communicative attitude.
• A highly analytical, team-playing mindset while being sincere, persistent, proactive and stress-resistant with no 9-to-5 mentality.
• Excellent numerical reasoning skills and a clear understanding of how data drives strategy and execution.
• English fluency and the ability to accelerate when called upon by our clients and wider team.
