Job Scope

We are seeking hands-on operational individuals to join the Supply Chain Operations. Besides the core logistical work, Supply Chain Team Members are expected to embrace state-of-the-art technology in Warehouse Management System (WMS) and Autonomous Mobile Robot (AMR), enabling the department to achieve assigned KPIs in a safe and efficient manner.

Job Responsibilities

  • Inspect, repack, and ensure received items are in good condition before delivering them to internal stakeholders across the property in a timely manner

  • Operate mobile handheld devices to perform Warehouse Management System (WMS) functions, including assigning tasks and troubleshooting basic Autonomous Mobile Robot (AMR) operations

  • Carry out basic freight management activities, including handling import/export documentation and coordinating air and sea freight transportation

  • Provide support to the Logistics Lead and Officers as required

  • Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality in line with job expectations, and adhere to all departmental and company policies

Job Requirements

Education & Certification

  • Must be a full-time matriculated student

  • Internship must contribute to school graduation requirements

Experience

  • No experience required as training will be provided

Other Prerequisites

  • Proactive, self-motivated, and quick to learn in a dynamic work environment

  • Comfortable working in a diverse, fast-paced, and high-volume setting

  • Physically capable of lifting up to 20 kg regularly and walking long distances (approximately 12,000 steps daily)

  • Able to work indoors while being exposed to various environmental factors, including screen (CRT) fatigue, noise, dust, and access to all operational areas of the property
