KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Support team lead in conducting transit time measurement
Assist the analysis of logistics efficiency including container utilization & root cause of late OTD (on-time delivery)
Support KPI tracking for logistics service providers
GRADUATION ASSIGNMENT TOPIC:
During the 2-month internship program, the intern will complete a line-manager assigned project and present the results to business leaders at the end of the program.
Topic: Proposal of Continuous Improvement Plan
Assessment of current logistics performance (e.g., transit time, OTD causes, container utilization, etc.)
Proposed continuous improvement initiatives with expected impact and implementation considerations
End-of-program presentation to business leaders

Qualifications & Requirements
University student from any discipline (Fresh graduates are welcome)
A passion in our brands and industry!
Able to commit to full-time attendance (5 days per week) during the program period
Proficient in English
A team player, self-motivated, passionate and with excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to manage complexity and ad-hoc tasks
