Job Description

As an Intern, you’ll get hands-on experience supporting our Operations team while learning the ins and outs of the mortgage industry. This isn’t a “grab coffee” kind of internship—you’ll be jumping into real work that helps move loans forward and supports our borrowers. Along the way, you’ll get exposure to our culture, build meaningful connections, and develop skills that will stick with you long after the internship ends.

Here’s a snapshot of what you’d be doing:

• Connecting with external partners to help gather key information like appraisals, employment verifications, and insurance details.

• Supporting the team with data entry and keeping files accurate, organized, and up to date.

• Learning how different parts of the loan process come together and playing a role in keeping things moving smoothly.

• Building strong relationships with co-workers and contributing to a positive, team-first environment.

• Jumping in to help wherever needed (excluding licensed activities) and making a real impact on the team’s success.

• You’re currently a junior or senior in college (preferred).
