Key Responsibilities:

• Transaction Support Assist the team in tracking deal milestones and preparing documentation for lending transactions.

• Documentation & Compliance Learn how loan agreements and security documents are structured; support reviews under supervision.

• Stakeholder Coordination Shadow interactions with internal teams (Credit, Risk, Operations) and external counsel to understand execution workflows.

• Disbursement & Records Help maintain transaction records and ensure proper filing of documentation.

• Process Learning Contribute ideas to improve efficiency and gain exposure to best practices in legal and financial operations.
