• Assist in conducting legal research and analysis on various topics and issues
• Prepare legal documents and contracts under the guidance of senior legal professionals
• Attend meetings and take notes on legal discussions and proceedings
• Review and analyze legal documents and contracts
• Assist in maintaining and organizing legal files and documents
• Assist with scanning and filing agreements
• Assist in administrative work of the department
• Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas and suggestions
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Legal Team

• Excellent research and analytical skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
